Wholesale bedding and home textile inquiries welcome

A practical checklist for hotel buyers: standards, compliance, lead times and private-label requirements.

Hotel bedding is a long-term capital decision dressed up as a consumable. Hundreds of wash cycles, daily guest use and online reviews mean procurement choices show up in guest scores, not just in the linen budget.
Start with compliance. OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is the baseline for textile safety and a reasonable minimum to require in every tender. For foam products, specify CertiPUR-US®. Fire-safety standards differ sharply by market — confirm your local requirement before, not after, the first order.
Balance thread count against durability. Procurement teams often prefer percale weaves that stay crisp under industrial laundering, rather than high-thread-count sateen that can pill faster under aggressive wash programmes.
Standardise sizing across properties. A single specification across every room type simplifies restocking, reduces waste and gives you leverage on reorder pricing.
Agree lead times and safety stock. A dependable factory holds buffer stock on your core sizes and offers scheduled reorders, which is worth far more than a marginally lower unit price.
Finally, private label. Your logo on labels, packaging and bathroom and bed linen turns a rate-code decision into a brand experience that guests buy back as retail. Most factory partners will support this at modest additional cost.
