AQL 2.5 in-line and final inspection, colour-fastness and shrinkage testing, with reports on delivery.
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, GOTS, GRS, CertiPUR-US® and RDS where applicable, plus country-of-origin declarations.
Freight booking, document preparation and consolidation across suppliers so your container earns its cost.
The workflow
You send your range, sizes, target price and brand direction. We propose constructions and indicative pricing.
You approve the quote; we produce physical samples including fabric, colour and branding. Samples are refunded against your first bulk order.
You sign off the golden sample. We confirm fabric lots, trims and packaging materials before cutting.
Knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, labelling and packing, with weekly photo progress reports.
AQL 2.5 final inspection and third-party inspection available at your cost. Payment and shipment follow the agreed terms.
We hold your approved spec, trims and fabric lots so reorders match exactly, season after season.
