These terms govern your use of this website and the general process for B2B quotations and orders with Delia Home Textiles. Placing an order is subject to a separate written agreement or pro-forma invoice, which prevails over these terms.
This website presents product and pricing information for wholesale buyers. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer to supply.
Pre-production samples are available for qualified B2B buyers; sample and courier fees may apply and are credited against the first bulk order where stated. Sample approval defines the quality reference for production.
An order is binding only after we confirm it in writing (usually via pro-forma invoice) and receive the agreed deposit. Lead times are estimates that start from deposit receipt and pre-production sample approval.
You warrant that artwork, trademarks and designs you supply for private-label production do not infringe third-party rights, and you grant us the licence needed to manufacture them. Product designs we develop remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We supply compliance documentation for the standards stated in the product specification (for example OEKO-TEX®). You are responsible for confirming that the products meet the regulatory requirements of your destination market.
Claims for defects or shortages must be filed in writing within 30 days of arrival at destination, with photos and packing evidence. Confirmed defects are remedied by replacement, credit or refund at our discretion.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under any order is limited to the invoice value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
The governing law and dispute forum for any order will be specified in the applicable signed agreement.
